Avant cette évènement, je serai le 04 Décembre 2009 à Brazzaville, le 05 Décembre 2010 à Pointe Noire et le 12 Décembre 2009 à Kinshasa ( Hall de la Gombe) pour donner un avant goût fans qui ne seront pas avec nous pendant le réveillon et je serai accompagné de OLIVIA LONGOT; après cela je m'envolerai pour la Tanzanie et si tout se confirme pour l'Afrique de l'ouest et enfin atterrir à Paris pour le réveillon 2010. Samedi 02 janvier 2010, Fally Ipupa prend possession du Zénith de Paris de minuit à l'aube. Il présentera au public français son nouvel album «Arsenal de Belles Mélodies».
Après le succès incontesté de son premier opus «Droit chemin», qui a été couronné d'un disque d'or, d'un Trophée des Arts Afro-Caraibeenes et de nombreux autres prix dans les cérémonies de récompenses musicales à travers tout le continent africain; l'artiste qui avait tout à prouver lorsqu'il a décidé d'entreprendre une carrière solo, à gagner son pari en exportant sa musique au delà même des frontières de son Congo natal.
Loin de se reposer sur ses acquis, celui qui veut que nous faire voir « le world music d'une autre façon», à travailler sans relâche pendant des mois pour nous offrir son deuxième album.
Arsenal de belles mélodies est à l'image de son interprète, plein de surprises, mais fidèle à ce qu'on aime tellement dans la musique congolaise, un générique qui met tout le monde d'accord; mais aussi des rumbas dans lesquels il nous parle d'amour comme lui seul sait le faire; sans oublier des collaborations exceptionnelles comme son featuring avec la chanteuse américaine du R&B Olivia Longotte.

Samedi 02 January 2010, Fally Ipupa takes possession of the Zenith of Paris from midnight to dawn. He will present the French public his new album "Beautiful Melodies of Arsenal."
